As a recognized expert at the corporate level, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies for technical materials and services within our international global procurement team as a “Global Buyer Indirect”.

Your tasks:

• Development and implementation of procurement strategies for technical materials and services with business objectives and targets (for CF and AM)
• Provide of market analysis, benchmark data and supplier ratings to support planning and management
• Responsibility for performance reports (development, coordination and implementation of appropriate reporting systems)
• Implantation of an innovative and best practice approach
• Coordination of the permanent procurement of all locations of the 足彩外围网站 paper mills and, derived from this, the review of existing procurement strategies
• Proactively seek and execute cost saving and value improving opportunities
• Takeover of further section from the indirect purchasing category in alignment with the global procurement manager; e.g.:
  • Services (e.g. Facility management, IT, employee +HR services)
  • MRO
• Full responsibility of assigned categories (strategy, tender, negotiation, contracting)
• Providing effective, transparent and timely services to internal stakeholders/customers
• Ensuring compliance with SOX and ISO regulations in accordance with 足彩外围网站’s compliance guidelines
• Participate and lead process and standardization projects which can be related to the category or relevant for the global projecurement team
• KPIs: saving performance, commercial condition improvements, qualification of alternative suppliers, payment term improvements, process improvement, relationship management, claim management support, etc.

Your profile:

• Ideally university degree in a related field; not mandatory
• 3 -5 years experience in procurement
• Experience in data analysis for complex data structures
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP (ideally S4Hana) & Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience to work in a matrix function with different global locations
• Experience in selection, preparation & conclusion of supplier agreements
• Significant experience in project management
